• We know that people bond and forge friendships over adventure. That's why these programs are designed to connect like-folk while striving to increase representation of minority populations in the outdoors. Our Diversity and Inclusion programs are our way of creating space in the outdoors for traditionally marginalized populations. As we continue to build this program, we are proud to offer opportunities for women, gender- expansive folks (i.e. trans women, gender non-binary, gender non-conforming, gender-queer, and an women-identifying folks), and black, indigenous, and people of colour (BIPOC).
