Evenings will be spent enjoying great food, socializing in cozy hut surroundings and resetting for the next day’s skiing. For this year's camp we've added your very own group cook to the staffing roster because we know the last thing you or the guides want to deal with after a big day of skiing is dealing with the cooking! The hut's proximity to the road allows for fresh ingredients to be carried in so you can look forward to healthy, tasty and nutritious to keep you properly fuelled for a week's skiing.
Guests on this camp will be staying at the ACC's Wheeler Hut in the heart of the pass. This perfect location provides convenient access to many great ski lines in the area and translates to less driving time each day and more time spent exploring classic lines. With room for 24 people the communal and sleeping areas are spacious and the hut features a propane system which provides the cooking and lighting, with two wood stoves for heating. Our camp will be taking up roughly half the hut with 15 spaces reserved for you and your guides.
Our ACMG certified ski guides will ensure your adventure is safe and enjoyable and will be welcome to answering questions about the region as well as everything from ski technique to gear. The maximum ratio of guides to participants will be 6:1 to ensure the best possible ski experience. With sufficient registrations, we will also be able to split the group into two to allow flexibility for different objectives and levels of fitness and ambition.
